The first class Novotel hotel is only a quick five minute shuttle bus ride or walk from Bangkok's new Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Perfect location for a short stopover or lay over at BKK. The shuttle runs 24 hours a day and the excellent service starts there with a smile.
This hotel is all about luxury and class to pamper travelers after a long flight. Tastefuly decorated with high ceilings, glass walls and general spaciousness and comfort. The rooms have king sized beds with soft sheets and good pillows. Marble bathrooms with both baths and showers. There is also high speed wireless internet in every room so you can easily stay connected. The standard amenities like mini-bar, safe, and of course room service are all here.
There is no need to leave the hotel to find a delicious meal, no matter what your looking for. There are four restaurants with Chinese, European, Japanese and of course Thai cuisine. There is a cocktail bar and lounge, a fitness center and huge spa featuring a variety of treatments and massages. There is also a 2300 M convention center and an outdoor pool with the added fun of a swim up bar!
This is absolutely the best place to retreat after a long flight, and you may not want to leave.

Nice hotel with exelent location regarding the airport. Everything straight forward as you would expect from a pricy hotel. Someone could put some signs showing the way to the tunnel for the trains.

Third time we have stayed I think not again, checked in a had to wait for someone to open the mini bar, it was locked, drinks and food to expensive for room service,asked again at reception did I want single beds or double, I handed them the booking confirmation which stated we want two single beds.

Stayed there in 4 nights and the Hotel is very nice with a excellent staff. Even do it’s on the airport, 5 min to walk from the terminal, it’s very quiet. In my room I could not hear the airplanes at all. Food is also very nice and the prices are acceptable. It’s Only 15 min with Sky train if you want to go to the city centre. I used Taxi once and Sky train once and Sky Train is the fastest.

A great hotel in a special location with a very efficiently run staff.Had to catch an early plane to UK via Doha and had very little spare time at the airport but still enjoyed the experience - will definitely stay there again,

Excellent hotel with a fabulous pool. Great Spa as well and very courteous staff. All in all a perfect airport hotel with all amenities.

The hotel is VERY convenient as you have no waiting time to get to the hotel. After a long trip it s great to be able to quickly relax in your room. It s also great to gulp down an early bird breakfast and be at the airport in no time for an early departure. My only complaint is the cost. I usually choose a cheaper option because of the cost factor but it is nice to spoil yourself every now and then.
