В аэропорту встретили без проблем у выхода N4 (персонал аэропорта по трансферту покажет, где выход, если не знаете английского). Через 10-15 минут были в отеле. За 850 бат все просто отлично, тем более есть с чем сравнивать. Перед полетом ночевали в г. Артеме (Владивосток) за 2200 рублей плюс такси 400р и в худших условиях. Номер в гостинице Бангкока соответствует описанию на сайте и в отзывах. Просторный, чистый, есть все необходимое и все работает. Очень рекомендем. Reservation service: Благодарим за работу. Thong Ta Resort and Spa Accommodation and facilities: The hotel staff are pleasant and higher standard compared with other 3 stars hotels in Bangkok. The room itself is fine, but bed sheet, towel, pillows are very old, it s time to change !!! Management should put this into their mind, while employees are working hard, sincerely and helpfully, every room has the towel fold in many created styles eg. flower, elephant, fish, squid etc.... So hotel owner, management please consider about this, you have great staff already compared with other hotel in the same rate in Bangkok ! The staff are always helpfull. The only complaint is that there is now no internet facility which i was shocked about as they had a computer before. Kryssa för att du vill ha pickup service från flygplatsen och de fixar det gratis. De fixar även returen gratis till flygplatsen. Ankommande landar på plan 2. De väntar på dig vid utgång 4. Hotellet har gratis Internet om man har egen laptop. För att roa dig medan du är där, ta dig till stora vägen som är vid hotellet. Gå till höger fram till uppförsbacken/bron. Till höger om den har du en trevlig marknad med billig mat. Förra året när jag var här, fick man gå över bron, och då låg den på vänster sida. Promenaden tar nog knappast mer än fem minuter. Vill du bara äta, finns billig mat precis vid stora vägen också. Frukosten på hotellet är i enklaste laget och inget att hurra för, men annars har man ju alternativen vid vägen som det bara tar maximalt två minuter att promenera till. Mot bakgrund av att hotellet är rent, fräscht, att det hämtar och lämnar gratis vid flygplatsen, att det ingår frukost och internet, är hotellet mycket prisvärt. Staff meet you airport and drop you back. A small eating market at the entrance to the hotel and shops located to the left of the hotel. If you have more time walk to the main road turn right cross the main road and head towards a bridge. just to the right of the bridge youll find a night market which is new and sells a variety of things. This time we stayes 3 days and got a feel for the area. Only on thing ,all the staff was friendly except the lady in the dining room , she always had a long face and was not very friendly, however i have recomended this resort to my friend already and have some brochures that i will pass on to my friends and i will be back again. One last thing, i feel the pick up at the airport could have been quicker as they knew about our booking for over 1 month , yet we had to wait about 40 minutes.. Only one down side - there is no lift to the upper floors and not suitable for those unable to cope with stairs. Within walking distance of the hotel are convenience stores, cafes and even a small bar with live music.. We would stay there again and happy to recommend this hotel to other travellers. Since I had no way to call I asked a lady with a cell phone to call and change the reservation to Mar.31. She mistakenly changed it to Apr. 1. When we arrived at Thong Ta they had no record of the call. After much discussion they finally gave us a room but charged us full rate. I was not impressed. We were unable to contact our airline yet they still found us a flight home and Thai Airways charged us NOTHING for the change. Air Canada charged us very little for the flight to Toronto. Since our inability to get to Bangkok was totally out of our control, I would have thought the Thong Ta could have honored our reservation and not charged us again for the room. The staff at the hotel was very helpful with other requests but I was NOT impressed with having to pay double for the room especially after I PAID someone to call them during a natural disaster. The people in Koh Tao were very helpful despite the fact that THEY were dealing with so much. The airlines were very good to us. Thong Ta had the least to lose yet they were the LEAST sympathetic. I wanted to go to the Siam Paragon and the lady advised me to take a airport shuttle and catch the high speed train to go to the city. But when I came back to the Hotel from the city to pick up my luggage to go to the airport. The guys and driviers was asking me money. Why I was not told before and why make me insult when I was supposed to leave for the airport? This is not a professionalism. I expected ride to the airport and from airport to the hotel was complementary at the curtsy of the hotel. The guys were telling me only two times were allowed. But the girl and the guys at the counter at the time of going to city they did not tell me about the cost involved when going to airport to catch the high speed train from Airport to the city. I had a Thai massage that was sorely needed after long hours of travel. The staff were all very polite and friendly. I enjoyed shopping in the gift shop and eating in the restaurant. It was very pleasant to stay at such a nice place only a few minutes from the airport when we came in after midnight and were met by staff there. Reservation service: The booking went fine; the only problem was that we came in after midnight, so I booked for the night of January 3. However, in the Thai system or the system that this hotel uses, it was considered a January 4 booking, so they weren t expecting me at the airport... they thought I had been a no-show the night before. Ein einfaches, sauberes Hotel, trotz Airport-Nähe ruhig, in dem man bei einem Zwischenstop gut 1 oder auch max. 2 Nächte verbringen kann. Unser Zimmer im 1. OG (Hochparterre) war relativ geräumig, das Bad o.K. Frühstücken konnten wir leider nicht, weil am nächsten Tag unser Flug nach Hanoi sehr früh angesetzt war. Um die Kontaktperson für den Transfer an der angegebenen Stelle beim Ausgang des Flughafens zu finden waren viele Fragen erorderlich, weil die Dame das Schild mit dem Hotelnamen leider nicht sichtbar hielt. Die Transfers vom und zum Flughafen mit Minibus waren kostenlos, gut organisiert und verliefen problemlos. Das Hotel liegt etwas zurückversetzt von 2 stärker befahrenen Straßen, so dass auch kein Verkehrslärm zu hören ist. Die nähere Umgebung ist leider nicht sehr schön und vor allen Dingen aus diesem Grund ist das Hotel für längere Aufenthalte kaum geeignet. Thong Ta Resort and Spa Accommodation and facilities: Upon arrival we were informed that our room had a problem with mosquitoes and we were sent to the Grand Pinnacle Hotel for the first of our two booked nights. I am of the opinion that the T-T gave our room to another patron who walked in off the street. When we returned for the second night stay I could find no evidence of mosquitoes. The Grand Palace proved to be a very good smaller hotel, offering fewer amenities than the Thong Ta. I will have no hesitation in staying there on our next visit or recommending it to our many Thai friends who go home for family visits. I m sure the GP doesn t charge as much as the TT and by shifting us to the GP for a night the T T may have earned a small windfall profit. A large group of people also arrived with us from the airport and registered at the same time. They had a representative who directed them to their room allocations. I suspect the group may have found they needed one more room and ours was given over to them at the last moment. Anyway, alls well that ends well, and this hiccup certainly didn t spoil our arrival in Thailand. I just think the that the explanation was contrived and the action unethical. We only stayed there for one night, because next day we had a plane to catch early in the morning. Thong Ta Resort and Spa Accommodation and facilities: We didn t actually stay at Thong Ta, the AC was not working so they moved us to the Great Residences, which seems exactly the same. The only difference is that there is a pool. But the place was really nice and the staff was really helpful. The only issue is that there were no elevators and we were located on the 4th floor, which really sucked because we had a lot of luggage. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the airport, but the driver was really pushy about tipping him 150 baht each. Perfect proximity to the airport if you just need somewhere to stop over. Used the hotel s free transfer service to and from the airport which was really useful for us. The actual hotel was really nice, room was spacious and clean with a small balcony. We had the free breakfast the next morning which was more than generous. Thong Ta Resort and Spa Accommodation and facilities: Room had slightly smelly sheets, no toilet paper, a/c was making annoying shaking sounds when on, room door need to be slammed to lock, and the hotel is noisy at night because people are waking up early (3:30am) to catch their early morning flights. Goods thing is this place as free shuttle service, the location is 5 mins from the airport, and the facilities are about 2.5 stars. We would hope to stay again but maybe on the top floors so we can get a better sleep. However, we are now concerned about the sheets. It had seemed that the rooms sheets were probably made but due to the hot and humid weather conditions the sheets were spoiled because nobody had occupied the room for so long. Bacteria would be able to manifest despite the sheets already been clean a few days or weeks ago. Also wanted to mention the bed were really stiff where you could feel the springs. Thong Ta Resort and Spa Accommodation and facilities: Good service by the hotel. We were greeted at the airport as promised, free pickup. Our room was on the top level. Very clean but had to walk up 5 flights of stairs with luggage. Staff, however, offered quickly to carry our luggage up stairs for us. Aircon was great, room service was priced very reasonable. Breakfast was awesome. I would recommend this hotel for those who are arriving late into Bangkok. However if your planning to do things in Bangkok you are not close to many things since this place is 30 mins away from Bangkok. We stayed one night then booked another hotel closer to the city. Warning: When using the taxi as for the meter. If they say no get out and hail another taxi. It seems that taxi s waiting at the hotels are waiting to rip off tourists. And they know some tourist will pay them double the price so they are patient to wait. If you want a taxi go to the main road and hail one in. Meter fares are posted at the pack of the taxi. Thong Ta Resort and Spa Accommodation and facilities: My family and I been staying at Thong Ta many time and we like it a lots because the hotel provides us many things that we need, the only thing that we bother is when we go to breakfast is that we never get treat like any other farung. They gave all the table fruit except us ( Thai) .We from the rural area and we do not look like people from BKK but we do pay the same prices like others. They made us feel cheap there. Is not like us so hungry or any thing but we feel that was not fare that they treated us different than farung. They must need to improve their attitude more otherwise we might have to change location..Still like Thong Ta no matter what..All staffs are very nice and friendly ( except breakfast staffs )that what makes Thong Ta the best hotel for us. Thong Ta Resort and Spa Accommodation and facilities: The best value hotel we ve stayed in in Thailand. The rooms are just like they look on their website though the ground floor room we had smelled a little damp. Will definitely use it again and ask for an upstairs room. Plenty of places to eat nearby varying from street stalls to restaurants, though English isn t widely spoken. Had a very early morning departure, prior to the start of breakfast but the reception staff offered us a cup of coffee while we waited for the transfer. Highly recommended. По поводу трансфера из аэропорта: меня не встретили в аэропорту в указанном месте, поэтому первое впечатление было подпорчено сразу же, ещё до заселения в отель. В порт отвезли без проблем. Вокруг отеля смотреть совершенно нечего, идти некуда. Если время позволяет, то лучше выехать в центр Бангкока на такси - это займет порядка получаса. But this times they screwed it!!!! I booked a night for my parents and they offered the 1 level floor room which was not the one my parent request. So my parent asked them to offer the upper floor room since the smell is better but they prefer to not offer because thay dont want to carry the luggage (the hotel does not hale the elevator). The reason they gave is too lazy to carry the luggage ...it is not good enough to say to customer like that. Besides, the room on the first floor is smell terrible and bad quality......so up set with the serevice....may be this will be the last time i use this hotel. It is near to the airport, I think only around 5-10 minutes drive. Tt s only the name is SPA, actually it is no SPA inside hotel. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. I choose this hotel as they have a free hotel shuttle even we arrive at 01:15a.m. Breakfast is simple but enough, the atmosphere is relaxing.
